Shipping policy

All orders above $35.00 ship free within contiguous United States. We’re currently working on expanding delivery to all of United States and Canada.

Orders are processed within 5 to 8 days, and delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

Shipping is available year-round. We want to make sure you get your chocolate in the best conditions, therefore there may be a surcharge in case of warm weather (temperatures equal or higher than 95°F) at destination.

We highly recommend shipping to a location inside or where someone will be available to receive it. If the chocolate is left outside and is damaged/melted, we will not be able to refund you.

Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19.

We may change our Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices.
