With a history of more than 15 years of collaboration in several projects that have led to Xocolatisimo, read below a short paragraph introducing each of the proud founding members of Xocolatisimo.

“We came up with the concept of Xocolatísimo more than 15 years ago. My husband was fascinated by Swiss chocolatiers; small shops with multitudes of different chocolate bonbons. We started training and with our co-founder Yanelis, we opened our store in February 2015 with the idea of making European-quality chocolates exclusively with Salvadoran cocoa.”
“Visiting my wife's family in Switzerland, we went to a small chocolate shop in her hometown of Lausanne. I was astonished by their technique and the flavors of their truffles. From there emerged the idea of combining the Europe technique to work with chocolate, with the tradition of Salvadoran cocoa cultivation. In the process of our training to turn exceptional Salvadoran cocoa into exceptional chocolate, we met Yanelis, our associate and master chocolate maker.”
“When I met Celine and Víctor, I saw the opportunity to create a socially and ecologically responsible chocolate project with them, using national products. I have more than 20 years of experience in the production and development of chocolate processes.”
